Thank you for responding to our 2024 survey. We have published our responses to the opinions and requests received from everyone through the survey. Below are some of the comments we received. We are currently considering improvements for other comments as well.

[About the Facility]

・Please educate users on proper toilet etiquette.

We plan to broadcast videos promoting clean toilets on the toilet signage.

・There are not enough rest areas.

In addition to the indoor facilities, we have opened the rooftop garden. Please feel free to use it. You can check the usage guide on this portal.

・It would be good if umbrella rental was available.

We have installed "i-kasa", an umbrella rental sharing service. Please make use of it.

・I would like to see bento (lunch box) sales.

We also sell bento from food trucks. Information on food truck appearances is available on this portal, so please check it out.

[About Disaster Preparedness]

・In addition to fire drills, I would like to see earthquake and tsunami evacuation drills and simulations shared.

[About Wellness and Events]

・I would like to see events that involve physical activity, such as yoga and stretching.

At KDX Toyosu Grand Square, 1st floor conference room (next to the cafeteria), we irregularly hold events during lunch breaks where attendees can enjoy stretching and refresh their bodies, with former Takarazuka Revue member Rio Hoshizuki as the instructor. ・I think it would be good to have activities related to walking.

We are currently planning walking events and campaigns.

・It would be good if the entire building collected unwanted books.

We conducted a campaign, in cooperation with Ricoh Leasing Co., Ltd., to collect unwanted used books from employees' homes and offices, and donate them to Ashinaga Ikueikai through "Charibon."

We hope to expand such initiatives more widely in the future.
