・Green Office Challenge

About the Green Office Challenge

We implemented the ``Green Office Challenge,'' a behavioral change campaign using gamification and quizzes that provides opportunities for everyone working at KDX Toyosu Grand Square to engage in decarbonization in their daily activities. This campaign was carried out by the Ministry of the Environment as part of the ``Nudge.Digital Decarbonized Lifestyle Transformation Promotion Project''. KDX Toyosu Grand Square is the only office building in Japan where this project was implemented in 2022.

For tenant companies that agreed to this program, we displayed their logos as decarbonization cooperating companies on the in-house signage.

Donation to KDX Toyosu Grand Square Forest Conservation

Used book collection

This is a campaign to collect unnecessary used books from employees' homes and offices and donate them to Ashinaga Scholarship Foundation through ``Charibon'' operated by Value Books Co., Ltd. We are currently implementing this project with the cooperation of Ricoh Lease Co., Ltd.

・Disaster prevention campaign

In order to protect ourselves from disasters such as earthquakes and natural disasters, it is important for each person to deepen their knowledge of disaster prevention on a regular basis, to be able to take practical action, and to check supplies, evacuation routes, etc. We held two disaster prevention campaigns in 2022 so that you can thoroughly check the situation and take action in case of an emergency.

・Campaigns related to diversity promotion and local contribution

In addition, as part of our social initiatives, we will consider creating a comfortable work environment from the perspective of "diversity and inclusion" - creating a comfortable work environment - companies and diversity - campaign and creating a better environment for the local community and residents of KDX Toyosu Grand Square. In order to realize the environment, we conducted a campaign to solicit community contribution ideas to come up with ideas for initiatives that buildings can contribute to. We will continue to develop initiatives that will help not only everyone working at KDX Toyosu Grand Square, but also those in the surrounding area, achieve well-being.

・Wellness event

On this portal site, we are holding a wellness event in the conference room on the 1st floor (next to the cafeteria) during lunch break as an event for those working at KDX Toyosu Grand Square to work in a healthy manner.

Stretch event “Daytime stretch Jenne”

This is an event where you can have fun stretching during your lunch break and refresh your body, with former Takaragenne Rio Hoshizuki, who left the Takarazuka Revue in the fall of 2021, as the instructor.

Zen event for workers

This is an event where you can experience the teachings of Zen and Buddhism through chair zazen and sermons. It is not a strict or difficult thing to do, but it is an office casual content that can be adopted from today as a peaceful lifestyle. In response to everyone's requests, we held this event as an opportunity for those working at KDX Toyosu Grand Square to reset their minds at work.

Makeup lessons that bring out your individuality

This is a makeup "group lesson" where Naoko Isayama will lecture on makeup basics, makeup tips and know-how. Targeting various age groups, we introduce tips for makeup that suits each life event and career.

CDP “Carbon Disclosure Project”

CDP is a non-governmental organization (NGO) managed by a British charity and is a global disclosure system for investors, businesses, countries, regions and cities to manage their environmental impact. We have been active in Japan since 2005.

Eruboshi

"Eruboshi Certification" is based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (hereinafter referred to as the "Women's Participation Promotion Act"), and certifies companies that meet certain standards and have excellent conditions regarding the promotion of women's participation and advancement. It is a system to do so.

Excellent Health and Productivity Management Corporation (White 500)

The Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification System recognizes corporations, such as large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, that practice particularly excellent health and productivity management based on initiatives tailored to local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. This is a system to honor people.

DBJ Green Building Certification is a certification system established in 2011 as an initiative to support real estate that is ``environmentally and socially conscious'' and the businesses that own and operate such real estate.

・Development of further initiatives ~Start of sustainable challenge~

As part of our ESG initiatives, we are implementing the Sustainable Challenge.

This game-like content allows you to read articles on themes related to sustainability, such as ecology and healthcare, and take quizzes to deepen your understanding. As you progress through the Sustainable Challenge, you will receive sustainer berries and jewel-colored berries, which can be exchanged for great benefits and gifts, so please participate from the "Healthcare" section that is currently available.
