In cooperation with Compass Group Japan Co., Ltd., which operates the cafeteria on the first floor of KDX Toyosu Grand Square, "Canal Port Cafe," we will be holding a "Lunch Stretch Jenne" stretch event for those working in the building.

We welcome former Takarazuka Revue member Rio Hoshizuki, who retired from the Takarazuka Revue in the fall of 2021, as the instructor, and this is an event where you can have fun stretching during your lunch break and refresh your body.

Anyone who is a member of the KDX Toyosu Grand Square ESG Portal (registration is free) can easily participate for free.
If you move your body for about 20 minutes before work or study, you will feel refreshed and can improve your work ability. We hope that by participating in "Daytime Stretch Jenne," people working at KDX Toyosu Grand Square will be able to work in a healthy manner.

Lesson content

This is a stretching class that instructor Mr. Hoshizuki devised based on his experience as a Takarazuka Revue and tap dancer, and can be easily enjoyed by people of any age or gender without putting too much stress on the body.

You can participate in office style without changing into exercise clothes. Please bring towels and drinks if you need them.

September 2021, “Sherlock Holmes – The Game Is Afoot! -” “Délicieux!” -Sweet Paris-" and left the Takarazuka Revue.
