About O-CAFE
O-CAFE is a cafe that offers gluten-free dishes, using 100% rice flour and brown rice flour from Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, instead of wheat flour. Our aim is to create a place where everyone can enjoy safe and delicious food and smile while saying "that's delicious." We share the charm of Japanese rice, its agricultural culture, and the food culture of rice flour.

Crispy Fried Mehi-kari Donburi (Bowl) from Joban
This dish features Fukushima-grown Hitomebore rice topped with crispy, aromatic fried Joban Mehi-kari and a generous amount of aromatic vegetables. Enjoy it with your choice of fragrant cilantro sauce or refreshing salt lemon sauce.
Fukushima Chicken Rice Flour Karaage Bento
Fukushima-grown chicken karaage, crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, fried with rice flour. Served with a seasoned egg and Fukushima pickles. You can also choose your favorite flavor from "Aizu Sauce (sweet & spicy)," "Salt Lemon Sauce," or "Yangnyeom Sauce."
Fukushima Chicken Sweet Sauce Jīrōhan
A Taiwanese-style rice dish featuring moist chicken breast from Fukushima Prefecture and Fukushima-grown Hitomebore rice. The rich special sweet sauce with a hint of five-spice powder enhances the chicken's flavor, creating an authentic taste.
Pre-order Information
Pre-orders are accepted via LINE. The reservation deadline is September 4 (Friday) at 6:00 PM. Please check the flyer below for the QR codes to add as a friend and for reservations.
Additionally, there are special benefits for friends that become more advantageous with purchases. You will receive a ¥300 OFF coupon for every 5 points earned (the first coupon is ¥100 for 3 points). Purchase a menu item from the kitchen car → Scan the QR code at the counter → Earn points with each purchase → Receive a coupon when you accumulate points.
