In hot environments, a significant amount of water is lost without us realizing it. We will be holding an online nutrition seminar to share information about physical ailments caused by dehydration and tips for effective hydration! We will also cover important points for working in hot and humid environments.
Event Content
- We will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of the role of water in the body and the balance between intake and output.
- We will discuss the symptoms of heatstroke caused by dehydration and first-aid tips for each symptom.
- We will share practical hydration tips, such as the amount of water that can be absorbed at one time, the timing of intake, and types of beverages.
Format
- You are welcome to participate while having lunch or with your camera off.
- All members of this portal (free registration) can participate for free.
