December 14th Zen event
overview
In response to your requests, we will be holding a Zen event for those working in the building.
We welcomed monks from ``Zenkatsu'', a group of active monks with the theme of ``Using Zen in everyday life'', with the aim of making everyone feel closer to ``Zen''. This is an event.
Anyone who is a member of the KDX Toyosu Grand Square ESG Portal (registration is free) can easily participate for free.
We hope that participating in the "Zen Event" will be an opportunity for those working at KDX Toyosu Grand Square to reset their minds at work.
Event details
You will experience the teachings of Zen and Buddhism through chair zazen and sermons. It is not a strict or difficult thing to do, but it is an office casual content that can be adopted from today as a peaceful lifestyle.
This event is open to anyone of any age or gender. Please come dressed as you normally would. We also plan to have a question-and-answer session and other exchanges. This is an opportunity for people who don't usually have the opportunity to come into contact with monks and Buddhism closer to them, so please join us.
