• Please consider the timing of fitness events, and we'd like events that can be attended remotely.
  We offer "Lunch Break Stretch Jenne" online stretching lessons that utilize your lunch break, as well as "Wellness Tips" that you can do at home, all available on this portal site. We will continue to hold events that are easy for everyone to participate in, and we hope you will join us.
  
  
• We would like healthy meal options.
  In 2025, we held events such as the "Meiji Food Education Seminar". We will continue to consider features in the "Wellness Tips" section of this portal site, as well as holding events.
