One-point advice from Rio Hoshizuki
This time, the theme is "Relaxation."
Here are some tips to help you live comfortably every day.

How are you all doing?
This is Hoshizuki.
As spring finally arrives, I'm eagerly awaiting the cherry blossoms to bloom.
Bath time is one of our relaxation moments.
Many people might just take a shower when they're busy, right?
It's good to soak in the bathtub as much as possible, even for a short time.
Warming your body not only relieves fatigue but also refreshes you by reducing swelling and tension!
The recommended temperature is around 38°C to 40°C.
While longer isn't always better, ideally you should soak for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Frequency over duration.
It's important to continue daily and make it a habit.
When it comes to bath salts, it's best to use what you find most healing, rather than focusing on the effects!
(Personally, Epsom salts are my favorite. They help me stay warm even in winter.)
Remember to hydrate before and after bathing, as you'll sweat.
Please don't overdo it; prioritize comfort.
Let's stay healthy both physically and mentally in 2025!
