Separating garbage has become commonplace these days, but why don't you think about why you separate your garbage?
To reuse as a resource
Some trash can be recycled as resources. However, once reusable resources are burned, they cannot be recycled back into resources.
According to Tokyo Gas, oil, the raw material for making plastic, will run out in about 50 years if we continue as it is. In order not to waste limited resources, please separate garbage correctly and reuse resources.
reusable trash
- Waste paper → cardboard, picture books, printing paper, etc.
- Paper pack → Toilet paper, kitchen paper, etc.
- Plastic bottles → uniforms, egg cartons, etc.
- Glass bottles → Bottles, asphalt pavement, etc.
- Kan → Automobiles, home appliances, building materials, rails, etc.
For more efficient combustion
If waste is not separated, it will be less efficient to burn and require more landfill space. This means that more energy is used to burn waste than necessary, which is harmful to the environment.
Furthermore, if the incinerator burns non-flammable materials that were not originally intended, it may cause the incinerator to malfunction.
Separating trash helps promote recycling and reduces trash as a result. Thank you once again for your cooperation in separating your garbage.
