KDX Toyosu Grand Square has been designed with various ideas to create an office that is friendly to workers and the environment.
Energy-saving electrical systems include daylight control systems, energy-saving lighting equipment, and human/brightness sensors.
Daylight control system/energy saving type lighting equipment
The daylight control system has installed dimmer sensors in each office to ensure 700LX at all times, reducing excessive illuminance usage during the daytime. The lighting equipment uses Hf fluorescent lamps, which are more efficient, consume significantly less power than conventional fluorescent lamps, and have a long life.
Human/brightness sensor
We have installed motion sensors in common areas and brightness sensors in standard floor corridors to reduce wasted lighting energy.
