One-point advice from Rio Hoshizuki
This time's theme is "Self-Producing."
I will share tips on how to present yourself.
It is said that first impressions are made in the "first 5 seconds."
It's difficult to gauge someone's personality in such a short time when meeting them for the first time, isn't it?
So, what kind of information is conveyed in 5 seconds?
"Impression," "atmosphere," "vibe"...
While various factors contribute to this, "facial expressions" and "posture" seem to have a significant impact.
You often hear the phrase "body sculpting," don't you?
To achieve an ideal figure, we exercise and strengthen our muscles through training.
The same applies to our face.
There are over 30 facial muscles, and it is said that we only use 30-40% of them in our daily lives.
If you don't consciously move them, your muscle strength will decline, making it difficult to control them freely and to create a natural smile.
Since the pandemic and wearing masks, I often hear people say, "I can't smile properly."
Many people are too embarrassed to take off their masks in public...
If you don't think your own facial expressions are good, will others find them appealing?
The answer is NO.
Daily effort is paramount.
Let's start by consciously smiling more often and chewing our food thoroughly.
It's also great to train your facial muscles to boost your confidence!
・Develop a rich range of expressions
・Maintain a youthful appearance
・Become more positive
You can expect these benefits.
Also, a good posture can be cultivated through daily awareness.
A hunched back gives an impression of lacking confidence and negativity, and it can also affect your voice.
Master good posture and gain a confident demeanor!
